NEW FRONTIER

Since the change over from Verizon to New Frontier my bill that came in the mail was very high. I looked it through it picking at every little bit and discovered that the credits I was supposed to have on there for the one month I had no internet and phone issues from Verizon was not there at all.

I couldn't call until today but once I did it was nice. The guy who answered the phone was Johnathan who directed me to be on hold while he checked my account. I was online for almost 5 minutes. This is a new one on me because I was on hold up to 30 minutes with Verizon and still no one knew what was going on and I wound up being transferred to random departments that had nothing to do with my billing issues at all. Then, eventually I was hung up on. That is just the way it works I guess.

He was really nice and listened to me and answered my questions. I really appreciate his help because he got me the credit (plus some!) that I was needing to begin with. Now, thanks to my mother giving me a little extra cash to help pay bills this month (until my loans come in and I pay her back) it was nice to be able to pay a bill. I got my heat and my phone/internet paid for so I don't have to worry about that. My electric is now being included in my rent so that will all be taken care of when I get my loans and grants.

At least some things are working my way. For once, I feel relaxed that things are going to work out for the better. I will be getting paid for a few more blogs, I have things on ebay to sell (and been making extra that way), my loans will be coming soon to pay rent and bills , I am getting somewhere with my schooling finally lol (I have a little more left to go then I can start looking for the job I really want!), and Josie will be starting school soon.

I have had a rough patch but the road is getting smoother!

I also love my daughter and that is what matters the most is doing things that help her !
